No, Intuit doesn't offer RAL.  The pay-by-refund solution George mentioned is the next best thing you could take up.  You won't find very many supporters for RAL on this forum.  Here're some fairly recently discussions on this topic.

Everybody here took a vote and overwhelmingly we decided that tax preparers shouldn't gouge clients needlessly and evidently ProSeries listened.
