When will ProSeries allow Ohio RITA to be efiled?

My guess would be somewhere around 2042.  Maybe 2041 if they rush it through development ---------------------- but it could have a few bugs if it is rushed.

ex-AllStar, ex-Lutefisk taste taster, ex-ACME product tester
and ex marks the spot where those rocks and anvils hit me.

First, you need to know whether you're the glass half-full or half-empty type.

Once you've reflected on that, you may decide whether to vote on similar product suggestions made by many before you for ProSeries: https://intuit.uservoice.com/forums/31961-proseries-tax-product-suggestions?query=Rita%20e-file

Then, you can decide if any of these votes would actually accelerate the development of e-filing function for RITA.
