Way to quickly access 'permanent comments' without having to remember to go to the bottom of client status every return

I wish there was either a query or a column heading option for returns with 'permanent comments' we enter on the client status worksheet.  Or maybe just a check off that the preparer has looked at those comments...sorta like the Direct Deposit requirement check box... or something.  would certainly help those of us with failing memory.....

I generally use a "reminder note"  on the last name field in the information worksheet. The first thing I see when I open the client is that little pencil icon in the last name field. The good news is that they transfer from year to year and are editable. Include the date of the note.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
