Trying to e-file a Virginia Partnership with a Non-Resident W/H payment date. E-filing is rejected when I leave the date field blank as instructed by Pro-Series. Including today's date also results in rejection. Direct debit of payment is required to e-file the return. How do I resolve this circular problem?
