Taxpayer's Spouse received a W-2 with no wages or taxes in boxes 1-6. The only entry on the W-2 is in Third Party Sick Pay box 12 code J (non-taxable sick pay). Because this W-2 has no wage entries it is not allowing the return to be E-filed. Since the W-2 entry is non-taxable, could I just delete the W-2 or am I going to need to submit a paper return.
