Program is telling me that CA program is out of date, Ive updated and still get that message when I try to convert for Efiling

I'm not seeing any other posts about this....do I need to do some kind of manual fix somewhere to make it recognize that CA is up to date??

Okay, this has turned into a known issue; our development team is currently researching the issue and I will provide updates as we get them. INV-34091

When I have this problem all I usually have to do is to open the return, save it on the federal and the go and save it on the state and it fixes the problem.

Oh geez and I cant print anything from the program right now.....I think another reboot might fix part of that, I usually have to reboot after an update to print to the printer, but I can usually print to PDF though and that's not working either.

I think I'll take a 3 day weekend and see it things are working better for me next week!

ok a reboot fixed the printing to the printer issue...Im still taking a 3 day weekend!   buhbye!  :smile::smile:

Hey Lisa, try uninstalling the CA form set, then reinstall CA. My version matches yours and I am up to date. Let me know if that doesn't work

I filed a CA return on 7/17 with no issues, so something changed between then and now.....looks like I updated on 6/13 but didn't again until today....it didn't give me any message with the return I filed on 7/17.

The woes of updating.  I still close one eye and cross my toes whenever I run an update.  Why are there so many updates 3-1/2 months after the due date of the returns?

I never update until it forces me too and I white knuckle the desk the entire time its downloading!
