I have a tax client who shared a marketplace insurance policy with his two adult children who is not claimed as a dependent on his tax return. I know the policy must be allocated and the Social Security numbers of the two individuals my client is sharing the policy  with must be entered in the allocation fields, however, there is only one field in which to enter a social security number and I don't know where to enter the second social security number. I know how to allocate the policy numbers is only one person is sharing but not with two. It doesn't seem like the input form will accommodate two people to share the policy with.

You just need to enter one.  Pick one, it doesn't matter which (but the kids probably want to put the parent's SS number, rather than the other sibling)..
