I have an active military person whose State of Legal Residence is Tennessee. I understand that he does not need to report his income, however he has investment income that needs to be reported on the Tennessee INC 250. On the State Info Worksheet, it is flagging that I must enter a Tennessee legal address which he does not have since he is currently stationed in SC. How can I get these errors to go away? I have entered his home city and county, but it still shows as two errors since his mailing address is not a legal address in Tennessee. Thanks for any help!
