Had not crashed today until I added NE for a state return. Now I have crashed 3 times within an hour. Do you think anyone is reading the feedback I am sending? I. Am. Over. It. I will never use this crappy software again.

Carrie, I am sorry to hear that... Hopefully this matter will be addressed soon... I understand your frustration... An old colleague had a saying which has always stuck with me: "Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me".... Good luck.... just my opinion....
