Numbers only showing for item 1 and 20 on worksheet ... no other numbers needed to compute the taxable amount of SS Benefits are included on the form. I telephoned ProSeries about this and sent a sanitized file to ProSeries and they never got back with me. Yesterday I telephoned ProSeries again and was told that worksheet would be fixed my midnight last night (Thursday). This problem was not fixed. I telephoned again this morning and was on hold for 65 minutes. When someone finally answered, I told them my question and was asked to hold while they looked into it. I was on hold another 10 minutes and then out of the blue was disconnected
