I have Proseries installed on Windows Server 2019 it isn't recognizing Smartvault on the workstations. When troubleshooting, I noticed some workstations do not have a PTDesktop.ptc file or the 'PendingPrintJobs' folder. Does anyone know why this would happen? It is in 'localappdata' so each user should have one.
