Didnt they take the safe harbor signature requirement away for 2019?  I thought Id seen that discussed in here previously.

That requirement was rescinded by late legislation.

Did the requirement to file the statement go away, or just to have it signed?  I am confused because ProSeries is generating the statement when I click the box that says "this rental qualifies as a business under the safe harbor requirements".
