For a 2019 partnership return, I did both the Extension and the Return filing on the same day in Jan. The Extension filing was accepted but the Return filing still shows "Return received by Intuit". I called PS today and will be on hold for an hour. Messages come on while on hold and one mentioned to sanitize the partnership return file and to send it to ProSeries. Does anyone have the email address to send this sanitized filed? Thx.
They should give you the place to send a Sanitized file to.
First try to update the acknowledgement to see if it might shake loose.
Highlight the file in the EFCenter, then choose this:
