1) On the RI-1065 return, how does one select entity type "SMLLC" without having to override the Proseries defaulted "LLC" value?
2) Is there a way to skip the federal 1065, which doesn't apply to RI SMLLC's, and just file the RI-1065 as an SMLLC? Seems like a poor use of time if one has to fill out a federal partnership return that is useless.
Hopefully Proseries has a streamlined procedure and I'm just doing something wrong.
