RETURNS E-FILED BUT NEVER ACCEPTED

THREE RETURNS E-FILED ON MARCH 8TH BUT FEDERAL RETURNS HAVE NOT BEEN ACCEPTED-STATE RETURNS WERE ACCEPTED THE SAME DAY?

All caps is "yelling".  Please don't.  And you posted this same message twice, please don't. 

Have you checked in My Account on the ProSeries website to see if these three were accepted and your system just hasn't updated?  Have you tried selecting these three from the E-File Homebase and instead of update e-file for all, update e-file for only these three?  Beyond that, we as other tax preparers would not know why your clients files were not accepted.

Highlight the returns in the EFCenter, then instead of using Receive Acks, use Update Acks of Selected Returns.
