Hi:

Does anyone know how to fix the State abbreviation error in the Paid Preparer

Information section? I use the standard abbreviation and the error keeps popping up.

Thank you for your help.

Curious, which state is it?

You must mean in the ERO section, you dont enter an addres for the "preparer", its for the ERO and it should be auto populated by Intuit to match your EFIN application that you sent them.

What I mean is your ERO address is auto populated by Intuit, YOU sholdn't be typing anything in anywhere....try re-licensing your product.

Top menu bar   Tools > License Products see if that fixes it.
