ProSeries 2020 is crashing over and over. What do I do to stop that?

Every time I try to get an esignature, the system crashes.

Crashing constantly. Have to save after each input or doing extra work. This is ridiculous. Wasting more time restarting and verifying information was saved.

I did the patch update on Friday (3/19) and it was fine for about 5 hours.

ProSeries 2020 is crashing over and over. What do I do to stop that?
