I have been using computers in one form of another to prepare returns since the late 1970's. Today I had a situation I have not run into before. I printed a "filinf Copy": and noticed the attached PDF files were not printed. I called Tech support and was told that while the PDF's are electronically filed they are not printed. This is a serious programing problem. There are many instances when a return does not qualify for electronic filing and has to be filed on paper.
The program should provide for paper printing when you set up the printing preferences.
Please advise me when this modification io the proseries program is made.
