YES I added a recon statement showing the flow thru liabilities.
Still have ERROR and this is preventing me from E-filing.
Yes, clicked the box on K-1 screens indicating there are lower tier liabilities included with totals on K-1.

Error (condition) has been that way for a number of years....but not sure it prevents efiling.
Agree, need a way to pick up LTP liabilities.
