Partnership K-1 Typo

Anyone making the adjustment to tax basis on the partnership K-1 worksheet, be advised that the supplemental statement generated by Pro Series has a misspelled "Beginning" in it.  I contacted them twice starting 3 weeks ago and there has been no correction forthcoming.  I've waited as long as I can and will have to issue the K-1s as is.  A slight misspelling wouldn't seem to be a priority, but Pro Series doesn't seem to understand that as tax professionals one of the things we sell is attention to detail, and the insinuation is that we as preparers made this careless mistake.  The client needs their K-1s now after a 3 week delay.  It's also a new client with several partnerships and many K-1s, someone is going to notice. It's embarrassing and not a good first impression.
