JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A COMPLETELY AROGANT AND UNHELPFUL SUPPORT "EXPERT" WITH INTUIT
THE FORM THAT SAYS "ORIGINALLY E-FILED AMOUNTS IS NOT REALLY WHAT IT IS... AND THIS FORM MEANS NOTHING.
THE ONLY ABILITY FOR THE SOFTWARE TO REMAIN WITH THE DATA YOU ORIGINALLY FILED IS TO LOCK THE FILE.
THE SUPPORT STAFF AND THE SOFTWARE HAVE BECOME USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.. OR SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
THE INTUIT PROSERIES PRODUCT OF THE PAST IS GONE ALONG WITH ACTUAL SUPPORT.
ALL THEY WANT YOU TO DO IS BLOG ABOUT THE SOFTWARE PROBLEMS . THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF FIXING THEM.
