I am preparing a 2022 Ohio Form IT-1041 for a Complex Trust. No tax is due, but Ohio tax had been withheld and I want to divide it among the beneficiaries. Unfortunately, the total tax shows up on 1 beneficiary's Ohio IT-K-1 and not the rest. How can this be corrected or do I have to file requesting a refund of the Ohio tax withheld?
