How can we get ProSeries to include the PIN number and email address for the third party designation area on New York State Returns? It tremendously helps when calling NYS for information after the fact so we don't have to get a POA instead. And it is included on other states. When I called in the beginning of the season, ProSeries said it was not necessary. I feel it is necessary and tremendously helpful when calling NYS.
