Have w-2 for household employee with no withholding for Social Security or Medicare.
Client does not want to report employer with SS8 and complete the 8919, and I can't get the info onto the 4137.how should I

Household, meaning caregiver maybe?
I see these often, they are correct.
No SS8 or 8919 are needed for this.
