NJ Health Insurance Mandate coverage Exemption

I have an exemption number entered on form NJ HCC but the shared responsibility payment is still being calculated  and added as a tax.   Shouldn't it be zero?

Yes, it should exclude the penalty. Don’t you love how we don’t have to deal with this nonsense anymore at the federal level!? What a joke this whole Obamacare thing was. And now Massachusetts and a couple of other states still have that insurance mandate nonsense at the state level.
