This year I had multiple instances of returns efiling without us initiating. It has been with clients that are MFS or even taxpayers who used to be married and are now divorced. I filed the ex husband and Proseries also efiled the ex wife even though she hadn't even come in yet so her return was filled with error but it was efiled AND ACCEPTED with dozens of errors
