Or don't bother with the 1099Ks and just the numbers together to enter on the Sch. C.

As was noted, you do not need to enter a 1099-K into the software.
And certainly don't rely on the amount on the 1099-K as income. The actual business income may be higher or lower than what is shown on the 1099-K. You need to ask the client what their gross income was, and enter that number. Ignore the 1099-K.
