Locality code for Virginia

This is the 4th year that ProSeries does not transfer the locality (county) from the prior year along with the address. The address does not change 99% of the time, so could I request that the county code transfer from year by year?

You could request it, but don't plan on anything changing.  I'm thinking the 1% of the time thing is why they don't transfer it.
