LINK Email Issue- Client Provided New Email Address

My client recently updated their email address. 

Please see 2 screenshots attached below

Question 1. How do I update the "with (email address)" portion on LINK? This is the original email the client was set up with. Please see screenshot below, as the email's do not match. I have already updated the email address within the Edit Client portion, but that does not update the "with" section on LINK. 

Question 2. Why does the red exclamation point error message not disappear when we have already updated the email address within the "Edit Client" section? Does anyone know how to remove that error message?

Please note clients new email address has been updated in ProSeries
