Kentucky is updating its system to comply with IRS requirements. See message I received after asking KY why my KY PTE E-FILE acceptance receipt is still OPEN after 14 days.

Jeremy,
We are working on a change that the IRS wanted us to make that has caused a delay in acknowledgements that primarily affects Partnership returns. I apologize for the delay. We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. I unfortunately do not have an ETA, but we will reach out as soon as we start sending those acknowledgements. We have been in correspondence with software providers with regard to this issue. Of course, any return submitted and not acknowledged will get credit for the date the return was submitted. If it ends up rejected, the 10 day perfection period remains in place and kicks off as of the date of our acknowledgement.
