I am receiving a duplicate submission error when e-filing a Form 1041. I have not filed another return with this TIN.

You may not have actually submitted it for efile but have it MARKED for efile.  So go into your EF Center and look for another file w/ the same information, go to the info wksht and remove the efile selection, F9/F10 to save and recalculate then you should be able to submit the correct file.

Its rejecting as the EIN has already been filed?  Or you have a duplicate EIN message in the EFCenter?
