Intuit Link and engagement letters

I am using Intuit Link and sending my engagement letters through to the clients with this method.  This is working fine for my normal letter which is a California client letter.  The problem begins when I go to add a request to a client in another state and then select an engagement letter for another state.  It won't load from my list of engagement letters and says there "problem creating request"

Any ideas?  Or do I simply have to reload the other letters by using a different method and not spending time changing the request templates that I have prepared.
