Hi all,
Anyone else getting this error when they try to print the client presentations? Just popped up out of no where. Thanks!

I know the Client Presentation uses Microsoft Excel. When I google that error, I see this:
Microsoft Corporation problems with Excel Error 0X800Ac472 most often stem from a corrupt or missing Microsoft Excel file. Downloading and replacing your Microsoft Corporation file can fix the problem in most cases.
So it appears youve got something in your Microsoft Excel application that's creating the issue.

Thanks Lifesave Lisa! Back up and running smoothly now. Yes, was something with the Excel and all appears to be ok. It had me login to Excel but have never done that in 15+ or so years using ProSeries or had to.
