How/where to we enter Medicaid Waiver income from a W2 for 2021 return? I see nowhere to enter the amount to make it exempt.

I think back in 2021 we had to do it manually and adjust for it with a negative entry on Line 8, Other Income  I always put

Excludable income per IRS Notice 2014-7 

as the description.

Thank you.  I couldn't get that to work, so I entered 0 on Line 1 of the corresponding W2 and noted the amount as Excludable income per IRS Notice 2014-7 in Explanation of Changes in the 1040X.
