How to populate Yorks Adams county (PA) local tax return

Can Proseries prepare the York Adams County local tax (Pennsylvania) return?  I've been doing them by hand but I now have enough of them that I need to figure out how to handle it in the software.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes there is a local earned income tax return in the PA module. Just click it on and fill it out. Check with the local tax collector and make sure they accept it. But as far as I know most if not all accept it that I have done.

Also the local returns that I prepare are mailed in by the client, There is no capability to electronically file these local returns
