Error prompts every time we are trying to process payment for return? Is anyone else having the same issue?

I am still receiving the parameter error what did you do to get rid of it?  I downloaded the latest software but the error is still there.  Thank you for any guidance.

Contacting support does nothing; I have contacted them 16 times since I first reported on January 17th. Why is it not working? I will send Intuit an invoice for all my time wasted................

I called and manually increased the Pay per return amount to get around the problem.

Each time I call it takes 12-15 minutes to increase pay per return balance versus 5-10 seconds......if it was working. Gabby has gone silent on this issue. Little help Gabby?

I calculated the approximate pay per return amount and increased a larger amount instead of calling multiple time.  The negative is if you over calculate you can't carry the amount over to next year.  Just an FYI.

If incase QuickBooks application is Open and running while you see this issue in ProSeries, please try to close QuickBooks application and Restart ProSeries(if already running).

I was having the same issue.  If Quickbooks is running at the same time as your Proseries, it will continue to happen.  Close out of your Quickbooks, that fixed it for me!

It would have been nice if Intuit had told us that...........
