How do I calculate Recovery Rebate Credit for military client?

Members of the U.S. Armed Forces should have no limit for the Recovery Rebate Credit, but when I check YES in box 3, it shows an error & no credit is calculated. (They have income of $300,000.)

Oh, I found it, it doesnt have anything to do with the income limitation though, its only for if one has a SSN and the other has an ITIN.      If they make 300k, they dont qualify for the RRC.
