You may try looking for a lender or mortgage broker who does old fashioned "Manual Underwriting" which does not use a FICO score.

Here is one example (I am not affiliated with them and no nothing about them other than having heard their advertisements) This page says No Credit, but you might want to contact someone like them and see if they can help you.

I'm not sure how much help you will get on this forum as it is for tax professionals helping each other with tax and software issues.
