I have an electronically accepted 8879 for 990-PF which shows -0- amount due. I now want to file Original return and correct amount owed is $5400,. This amount will be paid by EFTPS. When I go to efile, and check the original return, the extension check disappears. I am afraid that extension will not be electronically transmitted. It seems that the only alternative is send the extension by PDF attachment. What am I missing ??
