form 8959 excess medicare withholding not reported in Form 1040 tax return

Cil3217
Level 1

Client received a corrected 2021 W-2 tax form from employer that they had reported excess medicare wages.  The medicare wages were reduced, but the medicare withholding was unchanged.  This created an excess medicare withholding amount calculation on Form 8959 Part V, however Proseries is not generating Form 8959 as a Form in use, not showing the taxpayer overpayment on the Tax Payment worksheet line 18(d), nor creating an excess payment on Form 1040 line 25(c).  When you bring up the Form 8959 Oart V
