Dear all,
I would like to share a situation I've faced e-filing some Forms 1040NR, it was rejected (Rejection Code: IND-368-01), because it contains a "Net Operating Loss Carryforward", and according to the Error Resolution, the "ProSeries" does not support electronic filing for this statement and the return must be filed by mail, however, in previous years, we were able to e-file, even with this information.
My question is, did anyone else face the same problem? is this a temporary change or it is for good? is there any way to solve it?
It is important to highlight that I've called 4 different Intuit Representatives, and none of them were able to explain why it had changed.
