When printing to file using Microsoft Print to PDF (and others) in some viewers the file is not readable, only the forms themselves show without any data. While I can see them using Adobe reader, not all clients use that. When I edit the PDF by editor states the file is broken.
My editor states there was a problem with the document "Errors detected in the XREF" Table.
One support from another view states. "is caused by a PDF Component (bitmiracle.docotic) that Intuit uses to create the tax form pdf"
It is critical that the pdfs that ProSeries creates and we send to our clients as permanent copies of their returns use standard creation methods that are universally recognized and will be available to be viewed by any pdf reader in the future.
