I'm having issues trying to send the eSignature for an extension (4868), that I need a client to sign the 8878, via eSignature, since they are making a payment electronically. I keep getting an error ("An uknown error occurred"). I have filled out all the necessary boxes in the "info worksheet", under Part VII, Part IX and on the 4868 to freeze the screens.
Any help would be appreciated as to what I'm doing incorrect or does Proseries not send out the 8878 for a client to sign via eSignature when you are paying electroncially with your 4868.
