Unsure what this means. I can confirm it is a state not included in my ProSeries plan, it is a trust return. I don't understand why this error is being generated and what it means. Also, I don't understand the difference between Proceed and Authorize when this happens.
Do you have unlimited business returns or are you Pay Per Return? Sounds like you have PPR and havent put any money into your PPR account.
Open that 1041 return and hit the Print Return button, it should popup with a PPR authorization screen to make payment.
