Trying to electronically file an extension and running into problems. Instructions say "EF Status column to make sure it says 1st Extension Marked for EF." My EF Status says "Marked for EF" but no 1st Extension. Yet the 4868 is completed error free. Is this an issue?
Additionally, I tried to send client a link to 8879 auth thru DocuSign and get an error message "an unknown error occurred" This error is specific to this return.
There are no errors on the returns
