When printing federal returns directly to eFileCabinet Desktop, I receive an error message stating "Cannot extract the embedded font "CJSIIE+FEF7B432A20-Roman" and the font on the actual form is a series of dots and dashes. The inputted names and numbers are fine. But the form itself does not display. This issue does not exist when printing to an actual printer or directly to a PDF.
Any ideas on how to correct?
I'm hoping this is just an error that will be fixed with a future ProSeries update but I'm also wondering if it's widespread for everyone or just a problem on my network. (I did check another computer in the office and the same error occurs.)
