E-file error re: Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit

I received the following e-file error: "The e-file database indicates that Form 8962 or a binary attachment with description containing ACA Explanation must be present in the return".  It says Form 8962 is missing from the return.  This client is a 22 year old still covered under her mother's health insurance policy.  She had W-2 income of $192 and NJ unemployment of $19,000.  Would anyone know how to resolve this?

You need the 1095A from mom to include on the kids return....if mom already took 100% allocation on her return, you can allocate 0% to the kid.

You'll probably still need to attach the 8962 showing the 0% allocation as a PDF, with the attachment description ACA Explanation in order to get it accepted.
