Duplicate charge for return

I filed a client's return back in February, paid the $75.  They lost the copy of the return so I am trying to print it again and it wants to charge me the $75 again.  Why?

Look in your PPR Audit Report (Tools > PPR > View Audit Report), does it show in there? If so, you may need to call in and get them to give you a manual code to bypass the payment again...Id double check any others in the audit report to be sure they dont give you the same issue.

I always print a PDF of the return when I print the clients copy, that way you will always have a way to give client a copy in future, and you don't need program to do that
