Do active duty military file Form 763 or 763-S?

The instructions for Virginia non-resident income tax return indicate that the active duty military spouse should file form 763, but the spouse files form 763-S.  ProSeries only allows me to select one or the other for both spouses.  If the couple is filing MFJ, do I need create separate client files for one to file the 763 and the other to file the 763-S?

Same question if they file MFS, because in the 1040 ProSeries is showing the spouse's W-2 as an error because I have the "Spouse's W-2" box checked and have "Married filing separately" filing status selected.
