Did anyone else lose preparer information today?

I was entering state information and ready to print when I got a message that the preparer information was not complete.  The window showed Italy in the foreign country box and all the rest of my information was gone.  I refreshed updates and was able to reenter the information.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Ive seen it reported, no clue how or what is happening though.
